Hello! I’m Molly, I’m the owner and creator of Priority parenting services. I was born and raised in the Minneapolis Metro area. I had the privilege of growing up with both parents and three older siblings. The all American family was not without heartache; my parents divorced when I was in high school. After high school I received my bachelors degree in social work from Metropolitan State University. Families and children have always been a passion of mine. I believe all parents deserve a second chance and with that, I strive for unity.

My Mission
This service is built on the premise that home and community-based supervised parenting has a higher success rate in maintaining and improving the relationship between a parent and a child by offering a wider range of experiences and options than are available at a center-based supervised parenting program. Home and community-based parenting sessions also help to eliminate the stigma of supervision for both children and adults and allow the parent and child an opportunity to develop rapport and trust while interacting in a natural setting.
My Focus
Being a neutral representative of the children’s experience by providing factual observation reports of each session to the related parties and professionals as soon as possible upon the conclusion of each session. This ensures that the respective parties and professionals, which may include court personnel, have the documentation needed to advocate for the best interest of the child(ren), which may include modifying the duration, frequency, or structure of the parenting sessions as they deem appropriate. Neutral observation reports provide descriptive behaviors, adult-child(ren) interactions, quotes when possible, limit setting, child demeanor and emotional adjustment, and information about the adults’ behavior during child exchanges.
• Arranging safe, child-friendly settings for the sessions and exchanges.
• Eliminating overhead where possible to ensure the service is affordable for most families.
• Providing service in a respectful manner to all children and parents.
